We will start accepting orders through our online store on Saturday, February 15th at 7am.
2025 Nuc Prices:
Prices will be kept the same as last year.
  • 2024 PA-Overwintered Nucs  - Ready around end of April +/- (weather permitting)  (Queens will be marked with green for 2024)                                                 100 Deep nucs and 15 medium nucs will be offered. (Be sure to verify which equipment you have and order correctly.)                                                                                            $210 if paid by check or cash. If you wish to pay by credit card, there will be an additional processing fee for each payment.
 
  • 2025 Deep Nucs produced from our PA-Overwintered stock - Ready starting no later than the month of June and continuing into the beginning of July (weather permitting) (Queens will be marked with blue for 2025)                                                        50 Deeps will be offered this year.                                                                                     $175 if paid by check or cash. If you wish to pay by credit card, there will be an additional processing fee for each payment.
We require a $50 non-refundable deposit for each nuc order.  Balance required on or before nuc pick up that will include applicable sales tax for full nuc price if the PA Sales Tax Exemption From rev-1220 is not received beforehand.  The form may be mailed to us at 17173 Waltimyer Road, New Freedom, PA 17349 or emailed to beekeeping@beamsbees.com.

PA Sales Tax Exemption Form rev-1220

Anyone selling livestock in PA is required to charge PA sales tax unless they are provided with PA Sales Tax Exempt Form Rev-1220 by the customer.  Honeybees are livestock.  The form is linked below that you can fill out and send to us for our files if you feel you are exempt from the tax.  The sales tax exempt form must be submitted to us by April 1st, 2025 for Overwintered nucs and by May 1st, 2025 for Spring nuc pre-orders placed on or before May 1st.  It is imperative that the name on the order match identically to the "Name of the Purchaser" on the Tax Exempt Form.  The form may be mailed to us at 17173 Waltimyer Road, New Freedom, PA 17349 or emailed to beekeeping@beamsbees.com.
