Note:

• Buyer is responsible to determine and remit directly any additional sales/use taxes as may be applicable.
  
• Orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Beekeeping/production is not an exact science. Seller reserves the right to delay or cancel order due to conditions, and offer refund as buyer's sole remedy for orders delayed more than 30 days.
• All nucs are sold with an “as is” warranty once loaded into your vehicle. This is a standard livestock warranty since we, as the seller, have no control over how you transport and care for your bees after they leave our premises.
• Seller reserves the right to limit quantities to any one buyer. No dealers or re-sellers please.
• All items are FOB to be picked up at seller's location in New Freedom, PA.
• All payments are non-refundable.
