How Our Orders Are Filled

     All pre-orders will be placed on-line through our store front under the "Nuc Store Page" tab. All interested parties that placed their name in our notification database for the year in question, will receive a mass email with the date we will start accepting pre-orders.  Placement of your name on the notification list is NOT a guarantee of an order placement. That is only done when the ordering page is opened for the year, and you actually place your order and payment is received. A mass email will be sent out ahead of time with the date, giving you plenty of time to plan ahead to order, since pre-orders sell out quickly.   So please plan accordingly.

     Once we receive and log your pre-order, we will send you an email acknowledgement. As we get closer to spring and see how our colonies are doing, we MAY accept more orders if more are available.

Nuc Production Updates

You will receive email updates after your order is placed and once we start producing queens.

Initial notification  for overwintered nucs will likely not be until sometime Mid to End of April.  2024 Nucs will likely not be until the beginning of June.
